Tell us what happened and which screen you were using. Include your app version and device model if helpful. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private photos unless we specifically need them and you choose to share them.

Open You → Account & privacy → Delete account and data. You can also contact support if you cannot sign in. We will verify ownership before helping.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Use your store account’s subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Looux account does not cancel billing.
Can I stop AI processing?
Yes. Open Account & privacy → Withdraw AI permission. Requests already sent may finish.
My image is taking too long.
Keep the app open and check your connection. Save finished cutouts before leaving. If a request fails, use the retry option and check your remaining allowance.
