Privacy policy

Who we are
Looux AI (looux.ai) is published by Umut Ciftci. For privacy questions and requests, contact support@looux.ai. This policy covers the mobile app and this website.
What we process
Account identifiers and the name or email provided by your sign-in provider; garment photos and details; outfits, preferences and favorites; photos and optional body details you choose for Studio; subscription status and usage counters. If you enable weather, coordinates are used to retrieve local conditions. We do not use your photos to establish your identity.
AI processing requires your permission
Before the first AI request, the app explains what is sent and asks for your permission. Selected photos, garment information, styling preferences and optional Studio body details may be sent through our Cloudflare service to OpenAI for clothing analysis, outfit suggestions, cutouts and image generation. A photo may include a face or other personal information. Upload only images you are entitled to use. You may decline and continue viewing saved content.
Our service providers
Supabase provides authentication, the private database and image storage. Cloudflare hosts the website and API and handles security and operational logs. OpenAI processes AI requests. RevenueCat and Apple (or Google on supported releases) process purchase and subscription information when billing is enabled; RevenueCat receives an app account identifier, purchase records and device/SDK information, not your garment photos or body profile. Optional weather requests use Open-Meteo. These providers may process data in countries other than yours.
Photos, storage and retention
Selected photos and generated images may be stored on your device and in your private account for the features you use. Account content is retained until you remove it or delete your account. An interrupted upload or AI request may finish after you stop it. Providers may retain limited security, transaction, backup or legally required records according to their policies. Deleting content from Looux does not promise immediate erasure of every provider backup.
Your choices
Use Account & privacy to withdraw AI permission or request account deletion. Withdrawal stops future AI requests unless you consent again; it does not recall requests already sent. Remove individual garments in Closet. Change optional photo and location permissions in device settings. For access, correction, export or other applicable privacy rights, email support@looux.ai. We may verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.
Subscriptions and deletion
Deleting your Looux account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. We remove your account content while transaction records may be retained where needed to meet legal obligations.
Website and security
This website has no advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request information to serve and protect it. The app uses authenticated access and private storage. No internet service can promise absolute security. We do not sell personal data.
Children and changes
Looux is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us. Material policy changes will be published here; a material change to the AI disclosure requires renewed permission.
