Delete your account

In the app, open You → Account & privacy → Delete account and data, then confirm. Your private account content will be removed. If you cannot access your account, email support@looux.ai for help; we will verify that it belongs to you.

Cancel any active subscription in your store account separately. Account deletion does not cancel billing. Limited transaction or security records may be retained where required by law or by service providers.
